In line with its mission thrust, the Department specifically aims to:
- develop students who can apply knowledge of major facets of business operations from a critical and analytical vantage point;
- equip students with proactive attitudes necessary to keep abreast of the changes in the business community; and
- equip students with people management skills vis-à-vis the direction and operation of business organizations always bearing in mind the social consequences of such decisions.
